Introducing a new 30 minute format where we will focus on strengthening and toning in a shorter period of time. Just because this class is only third minutes, doesn’t mean you won’t get the full hour-long barre experience you normally get. We will maximize your time using more weights, ankle weights and full body movements, so you can get in and get out feeling stronger faster.
